Our purpose

SecondMile Guide is a publisher of used vehicle ownership guidance. Most guidance available to drivers is written for the moment of purchase. We focus on everything that happens afterward: keeping records, planning service, understanding wear, and budgeting for the real cost of running a vehicle that already has miles on it.

We are not a dealer, repair shop, lender, or inspection service. We do not sell vehicles, parts, or coverage, and we do not connect readers with providers. The site exists to explain how used vehicle ownership works in plain language.
